NP Cloud wants to help a local nonprofit. We’re giving one small organization in the Philadelphia area a free digital package for an entire year: a professional website, hosting, business email, and social media setup and support. No charge. No catch.

Why we’re doing this
Small nonprofits often do the most good with the least support. Many rely on a handful of staff and dedicated volunteers who simply don’t have the time or budget for a professional website, reliable email, or a polished social media presence.
We want to change that for one charity right here in the Philadelphia area, a group that can do a lot of real good with some free help.
What the selected nonprofit receives
- A professional website (up to 5 pages): a modern, mobile-friendly site that tells your story clearly.
- Website hosting for 1 year: fast, secure hosting, on us for the first year.
- Business email for up to 5 mailboxes for 1 year: basic hosted email at your own domain (e.g., [email protected]). Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other office apps are not included.
- Social media setup and support for 1 year: we’ll set up or tidy up the right accounts and help you keep them going.
No charge. No catch. Everything above is free for the first 12 months. Before that year ends, we’ll walk you through your options: continue with NP Cloud at nonprofit pricing, move your website and email elsewhere, or keep things running on your own. Your website, content, and accounts belong to you either way.
Who’s eligible
To be considered, your organization should be:
- An active, IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) in good standing. We’ll verify your EIN with the IRS. Fiscally sponsored projects, informal groups, and businesses don’t qualify.
- Based in Philadelphia or the surrounding counties (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery), with preference given to organizations serving Coatesville and Chester County.
- Small: about 10 or fewer staff (volunteers don’t count toward the limit).
You don’t need to have a website or any social media today. Starting from scratch is completely fine.
How selection works
- Apply or nominate. Fill out the short form below. It takes about 5–10 minutes. You can apply for your own organization or nominate one you admire.
- Applications close December 31, 2026.
- We review every application. We’re looking for a charity that can do a lot of real good with some free help. The biggest factor is how much a better website and online presence would help the organization serve its community.
- One organization is selected. We’ll contact the selected nonprofit directly to confirm details and plan the work.
- Announcement. With the organization’s permission, we’ll announce the selection publicly, and the project may be featured as a case study.
Frequently asked questions
Does it really cost nothing?
Yes. Everything listed above is provided at no charge for one year. There are no hidden fees and no obligation to buy anything.
What exactly is included?
One website of up to 5 pages, hosting for that site, up to 5 basic email mailboxes, and social media setup and support, all for 1 year. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, office software, extra pages, and other add-ons aren’t included.
What happens after the first year?
Before the year ends, we’ll explain your options clearly: continuing with NP Cloud at our nonprofit rates, transferring to another provider, or managing it yourself. Nothing renews automatically without your agreement.
Can I nominate a nonprofit I’m not part of?
Absolutely. Choose “Someone else’s organization” on the form and share what you know. We’ll reach out to the organization before moving forward. If you can, include a contact person there.
We don’t have a website or social media yet. Can we still apply?
Yes, that’s exactly who this is for.
We have more than 10 staff. Can we apply?
This one is meant for smaller organizations with about 10 or fewer staff.
How long will it take?
Most of the work typically happens over several weeks. We’ll agree on a plan and timeline with the selected organization.
What do we need to provide?
Some time from a point person on your team, your logo and photos (if you have them), and access to any existing accounts. We’ll guide you through the rest.
Will our organization be featured publicly?
Only with your permission. If you agree, we’d love to share the before-and-after as a case study.
What if we’re not selected?
We’ll let every applicant know.
