NP Cloud manages Microsoft 365 for nonprofits: adding and removing people, security settings, and licensing guidance. Setup, migrations, and hands-on troubleshooting are quoted up front. Your nonprofit-pricing.com membership covers management for up to 10 mailboxes.
Membership is $25/month (12-month commitment) or $250/year, and for a limited time only it includes a free 5-page basic website.
What we manage
- Setup and migration (quoted up front): getting your organization onto Microsoft 365, connecting your domain for email, and moving over from what you use today.
- People and mailboxes: adding new staff and volunteers, removing people who leave, shared mailboxes, and password resets for your users.
- Security settings: multi-factor authentication (MFA), sensible sign-in and sharing settings, and help spotting suspicious email.
- Licensing guidance: which Microsoft 365 licenses fit your team, and help applying for Microsoft’s nonprofit grants and discounts.
- Help when you need it: a real person to call or email with questions. Hands-on troubleshooting is quoted up front.
- Plain-English advice: straight answers about what you need and what you don’t.
We never ask for passwords. You give NP Cloud admin access by accepting a Microsoft partner (delegated admin) invitation from your own Microsoft 365 account, and you can remove it at any time.

Microsoft’s licenses are separate. These prices are for NP Cloud managing your Microsoft 365. The licenses themselves come from Microsoft. Eligible nonprofits can often get Microsoft 365 licenses donated or discounted through Microsoft’s nonprofit program, and we’ll walk you through applying.
How it works
- Send a request. Fill in the short form below with your organization, contact details, and how many mailboxes you have. Not a member yet? Tick “No, sign me up” and we’ll help you join.
- We confirm your mailbox count. We get in touch to confirm the number of mailboxes and your price. If you have 11 or more, you choose monthly ($2 per extra mailbox, one-year commitment) or yearly ($20 per extra mailbox).
- You accept our partner invite. We send a Microsoft partner (delegated admin) invitation. You accept it from your own Microsoft 365 admin account. No passwords are shared.
- We onboard you. We review your setup, turn on MFA and other key security settings, and show you how to reach us. Any larger cleanup or migration is quoted before work starts.

What if we have more than 10 mailboxes?
No problem. Your membership covers the first 10. Each mailbox over 10 is $2/month with a one-year commitment, or $20/year paid annually. For example, 15 mailboxes is your membership plus $10/month, or plus $100/year. 25 mailboxes is your membership plus $30/month, or plus $300/year.
Do we have to be a member?
Yes. Microsoft 365 management comes with a nonprofit-pricing.com membership: $25/month with a 12-month commitment, or $250/year. For a limited time only, membership also includes a free 5-page basic website. You can sign up here, or choose “No, sign me up” on the form and we’ll help.
Do Microsoft licenses cost extra?
Microsoft’s licenses are separate from our management fee. The good news: eligible nonprofits can often get Microsoft 365 licenses donated or at a discount through Microsoft’s nonprofit program. Microsoft decides who qualifies, and someone from your organization submits the application, but we’ll guide you through it and help you pick the right licenses.
Do you need our password?
No. We never ask for passwords. We send a Microsoft partner (delegated admin) invitation, you accept it from your own admin account, and you can remove our access at any time.
We use Google Workspace or another email service. Can you help?
Yes. Choose your current setup on the form and we’ll talk through moving to Microsoft 365, including your email, calendars, and files, and quote the move up front. If you’re not sure what you have now, pick “Not sure” and we’ll figure it out together.
What counts as a mailbox?
We count licensed user mailboxes, meaning each person’s own email account. Shared mailboxes (like info@ or donations@) don’t need a Microsoft license and aren’t counted, and we still manage them for you. We confirm the count with you before you’re billed, and if it changes later we’ll update it together.
